§ 4-5-408. DEFINITIONS.

(a)

In general. In this Part III of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)

Party. Party" means:

(1)

The county administration; or

(2)

The exclusive representatives for the representation units subject to this subtitle acting collectively.

(c)

Wages.

(1)

"Wages" includes base salary, overtime, substitution pay, shift differential, and call-back pay.

(2)

"Wages" does not include health benefits.
