§ 4-4-108. VIOLATION AS GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL.

Latest version.

An employee in the classified service may be dismissed for:
(1)

A violation of a provision of:

(i)

Title 1, 2, 4, 5, or 6 of this article;

(ii)

Title 3, subtitle 1 or 4 of this article; or

(iii)

The Personnel Rules; or

(2)

A conviction under § 9-201 of the Criminal Law Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
