§ 4-4-105. PROBATIONARY PERIOD - REQUIRED.

(a)

In general. An appointment to a job in the classified service, including a promotional appointment, shall be for a probationary period in accordance with Rule 7 of the Personnel Rules.

(b)

No credit. An employee's service under an emergency, temporary, seasonal, occasional, or part-time appointment may not be credited toward completion of the probationary period required under this section.
