Editor's note:
Section 3 of Bill No. 6-13 provides that the intent of this Act is to codify in the Baltimore County Code the provisions of the past and present Memoranda of Understanding between the County Administration and the exclusive representatives of the county representation units that provide for the establishment and responsibilities of the Health Care Review Committee. It is not the intent of this Act to establish health care benefits as a statutory or vested right of employees of the county.
