§ 4-3-402. OTHER REMEDIES NOT AFFECTED.

Nothing in this subtitle abridges:
(1)

Any action for defamation or invasion of privacy;

(2)

Employee protections or employee grievance procedures; or

(3)

Any other remedy available in law.
