§ 4-3-201. "EMPLOYEE" DEFINED.

In this subtitle, "employee" includes:

(1)

An employee of the county;

(2)

An elected or appointed official of the county;

(3)

A member of a statutorily created board or commission;

(4)

Notwithstanding the definition of "employee" in § 4-1-101 of this article, a volunteer worker; or

(5)

A person for whom the county is obligated by written agreement to provide liability and property damage insurance.
