§ 4-2-201. PLANS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

Latest version.

The county classification and county compensation plans, entitled "Baltimore County Classification and Compensation Plans":
(1)

Are incorporated by reference in this section as part of this section as if they were set out in full; and

(2)

Shall be interpreted by all the courts of the state and by all public officials to have the same force and effect as if included in this section.
