§ 4-2-101. ADOPTION.

(a)

Recommendations of the Board. The Personnel and Salary Advisory Board:

(1)

Shall review the Personnel Rules; and

(2)

May submit recommendations to the County Executive regarding amendments to the Personnel Rules for the County Executive's review and approval.

(b)

County Executive. If the County Executive approves any amendments to the Personnel Rules, the County Executive shall submit them to the County Council with a recommendation that the Council adopt them.

(c)

County Council may adopt. Amendments to the Personnel Rules shall take effect after the County Council has adopted them in accordance with § 802(e) of the Charter.
