§ 3-8-104. DUTIES OF UNIT HEADS.

  • The head of each unit shall:

    (1)

    Cooperate with the Records Management Officer in the preparation of record retention schedules made by the Records Management Officer in accordance with the provisions of this title;

    (2)

    Comply with the rules and regulations adopted by the Records Management Officer with respect to the retention, disposal, storage, and photographic reproduction of unit records; and

    (3)

    Designate an employee to provide liaison with the Records Management Officer and assist the Records Management Officer in carrying out the program in the unit.
