§ 3-7-302. GENERAL APPROVALS.

(a)

Required. A regulation adopted as provided in § 3-7-301 of this subtitle shall be submitted to the County Attorney for approval as to legality and obtain other approvals that the Code may require.

(b)

Publication. On obtaining approval, the regulations shall be published with the Code of Baltimore County Regulations.
