§ 3-7-205. SUBMISSION TO THE COUNTY ATTORNEY.
(a)
Before initial publication. Before publication under § 3-7-206 of this subtitle, a department or office shall submit a proposed regulation to the County Attorney for approval as to legality.
(b)
Before change to a proposed regulation. If the department or office proposing a regulation makes changes in the text of a proposed regulation at any time, the department or office shall submit the changed proposed regulation to the County Attorney for approval as to form and legal sufficiency.
(c)
Effect of failure of department or office. If the department or office fails to submit the proposed regulation to the County Attorney as required in this section, the proposed regulation is voidable.
