§ 3-6-201. COUNTY AUTHORITY IN GENERAL.
(a)
Authority of Code Official. In addition to any other remedy authorized by law, the county or the Code Official may enforce and seek correction of a violation as provided in this title.
(b)
Authority of Director.
(1)
In addition to any other remedy authorized by law, the county or the Director may enforce and seek correction of a violation as provided in this title.
(2)
The Director may not enforce and seek correction of a violation of a code.
