§ 3-3-903. OFFICERS.

Latest version.

The Employees Retirement System Board of Trustees shall:
(1)

Elect from among the trustees a chairman; and

(2)

By a majority vote of all the trustees, appoint a secretary who may be, but need not be, a trustee.
