§ 3-3-706. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.

(a)

Exempt from state law. The County Educational Foundation is exempt from the Financial Institutions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

(b)

Audit. At the discretion of the County Council, the finances of the Foundation are subject to an audit.
