§ 3-3-505. QUORUM; MEETINGS; COMPENSATION; STAFF.

(a)

Quorum. A majority of the members then serving on the Commission on Arts and Sciences is a quorum for the transaction of business at Commission meetings.

(b)

Meetings. The Commission shall hold a meeting at least once every 3 months at the times and places that it determines.

(c)

Compensation. A member of the Commission:

(1)

May not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but

(2)

Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred, if approved by the Commission and provided for in the county operating budget.

(d)

Staff. The County Executive may provide for personnel to carry out the purposes of this subtitle as the County Executive considers appropriate and necessary.
