§ 3-3-204. MEETINGS.

(a)

Meeting. The Commission on Aging shall meet at least one time each quarter.

(b)

Special meeting.

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the chairman or any three members of the Commission may call a special meeting.

(2)

Members of the Commission shall receive written notice of a special meeting at least 5 days before the meeting.
