§ 3-3-202. MEMBERSHIP.

(a)

Composition; appointment of members. The Commission on Aging consists of 15 members appointed by the County Executive of whom:

(1)

One resident of each councilmanic district shall be appointed on the recommendation of the County Council member representing that district; and

(2)

Eight members shall be appointed solely at the discretion of the County Executive.

(b)

Tenure; vacancies.

(1)

The term of a member of the Commission is 3 years and begins on January 1.

(2)

Members of the Commission shall serve at the pleasure of the County Executive.
