§ 3-3-2505. ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

(a)

Chair.

(1)

From among its members, the Council shall elect annually a Chair and other officers that the Council finds necessary.

(2)

From among its members, the Council shall elect annually a Vice-Chair who shall serve a one-year term coterminous with the Chair.

(b)

Limit. A member may not serve as Chair for more than two consecutive years.

(c)

Chair to preside.

(1)

The Chair shall preside at all meetings of the Council.

(2)

The Vice-Chair shall assume all duties of the Chair in the absence of the Chair and shall perform other duties as assigned by the Chair.

(d)

Election of other officers. The manner of election of officers shall be as the Council determines.
