§ 3-3-2407. REPORTS.

(a)

Annual report. The Commission shall submit an annual report to the County Council and the County Executive.

(b)

Contents of report. The annual report shall contain:

(1)

A summary of the Commission's activities for the preceding year; and

(2)

Recommendations resulting from the Commission's consideration of the matters set forth in § 3-3-2406.

(c)

Additional reports. The Commission may submit additional reports periodically, as it considers necessary, regarding the animal shelter, animal services programs, or any other aspect of the Animal Services Division, together with its recommendations and/or advice concerning same.
