§ 3-3-2306. REPORTS.

(a)

Annual report. The Council shall submit an annual report to the County Council and the County Executive.

(b)

Contents of report. The annual report shall contain:

(1)

A summary of the Council's activities for the preceding year; and

(2)

Recommendations resulting from the Council's consideration of the matters set forth in § 3-3-2305.

(c)

Additional reports. The Council may submit additional reports periodically as it considers necessary.
