§ 3-3-2106. REPORTS.

(a)

Annual report.

(1)

The Commission shall submit an annual report to the County Council and the County Executive.

(2)

The annual report shall contain:

(i)

A summary of the Commission's activities for the proceeding year; and

(ii)

Recommendations and evaluations of the activities taking place in the county that impact on the environment and that fall within the general functions of the Commission.

(3)

The Commission may submit additional reports periodically as it considers necessary.

(b)

Recommendations. Before submitting a recommendation under this subtitle to the County Council or County Executive, the Commission shall submit its recommendations to the Director of Environmental Protection and Sustainability for technical and fiscal review.
