§ 3-3-2004. MEETINGS; QUORUM; RULES; COMPENSATION.

  • (a)

    Meetings. The Commission shall meet at the call of the chairperson as frequently as is required to perform its duties.

    (b)

    Quorum. A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and an affirmative vote by the majority of those present at any meeting shall be sufficient for any action.

    (c)

    Rules. The Commission may adopt a set of rules to govern its own meetings and procedures.

    (d)

    Compensation. A member is not entitled to compensation or reimbursement for expenses incurred as a member of the Commission.
