§ 3-3-1606. EFFECT OF REVIEW COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS.

The Health Officer may adopt by regulations adopted under Title 7 of this article any or all of the recommendations of the Review Committee for Public Swimming Pools and Bathing Beaches.
