§ 3-3-1605. MISCELLANEOUS POWERS AND DUTIES.

(a)

Duties. At the annual meeting, the Review Committee for Public Swimming Pools and Bathing Beaches shall:

(1)

Review rules and regulations adopted under § 13-6-202(b) of the Code;

(2)

Hear recommendations by interested persons; and

(3)

Recommend changes in the rules and regulations that are in the public interest.

(b)

Powers. The Review Committee may submit recommendations for changes in the rules and regulations for public swimming pools and bathing beaches to the Health Officer for the Health Officer's consideration.
