§ 3-3-1604. MEETINGS.

(a)

Meetings. The Review Committee for Public Swimming Pools and Bathing Beaches shall meet:

(1)

Subject to subsection (b) of this section, at least one time each year; and

(2)

When called by the secretary in accordance with the request of two or more members of the Committee.

(b)

Written notice. At least 30 days before the meeting, members of the Committee shall receive a written notice of the annual meeting which shall include the time and location of the meeting.
