§ 3-3-1504. SAME - COMPENSATION.

(a)

The Director of Environmental Protection and Sustainability or the director's designee and the Chief Plumbing Inspector of the county may not receive additional compensation for their services on the Plumbing and Gasfitting Board.

(b)

Each appointed member of the Board is entitled to:

(1)

Compensation determined by the County Executive; and

(2)

Reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred, if approved by the Board and provided for in the county operating budget.

(c)

Compensation and reimbursement paid under this section shall be paid from the fees for examinations and certificates.
