§ 3-3-1502. SAME - MEMBERSHIP.

(a)

The Plumbing and Gasfitting Board consists of seven members.

(b)

The seven members of the Board shall include:

(1)

The Director of Environmental Protection and Sustainability or the Director's designee;

(2)

The Chief Plumbing Inspector of the county; and

(3)

Five members who shall be appointed by the County Executive, including:

(i)

Three board-certified master plumbers who reside in the county;

(ii)

One journeyman plumber who resides in and is certified to work in the county; and

(iii)

One practicing mechanical engineer.
