§ 3-3-1103. OFFICERS; OFFICE OF LAW.

(a)

Chairman; officers.

(1)

The County Executive shall appoint a chairman for the Human Relations Commission.

(2)

The members of the Commission may elect other officers that they consider necessary.

(b)

Office of law. The office of law shall provide separate legal representation for the Commission and for the Executive Director in all hearings or judicial proceedings to which they are party.
