§ 3-3-1005. OUTSIDE LEGAL ASSISTANCE.

At the request of the Ethics Commission, the county shall provide sufficient funds to the Ethics Commission should the need arise for:

(1)

Legal assistance which cannot be provided by the Office of Law or the Office of Ethics and Accountability; or

(2)

Investigative assistance which cannot be provided by the Executive Director.
