§ 3-3-1004. VOTES; MEETINGS; REIMBURSEMENT; STAFF; BUDGET AND OFFICE.

  • (a)

    Votes. An affirmative vote of at least three members of the Ethics Commission is required for an action of the Commission.

    (b)

    Meetings. The Commission shall meet:

    (1)

    Regularly, at least 10 times each year; and

    (2)

    When required by the chairman or a majority of the members of the Commission.

    (c)

    Reimbursement. Members of the Commission shall be reimbursed for expenses necessarily incurred, if approved by the Commission and provided for in the county operating budget.

    (d)

    Staff.

    (1)

    The Executive Director of the Office of Ethics and Accountability shall be the Executive Director of the Ethics Commission and the office shall provide legal and other staff support to the Commission.

    (2)

    The budget of the Commission shall be determined in accordance with § 3-14-105 of this article.
