§ 3-2-904. RECORDS MANAGEMENT DIVISION.

  • (a)

    Established. There is a Records Management Division in the Office of Information Technology.

    (b)

    Director to administer the Division. The Director of the Office of Information Technology or the Director's designee shall:

    (1)

    Administer the Records Management Division;

    (2)

    Perform the duties imposed on the Director in Title 8 of this article; and

    (3)

    Have the powers conferred on the Director in Title 8 of this article.
