§ 3-2-902. DIRECTOR AND PERSONNEL.

(a)

Director to administer office. The Director of the Office of Information Technology, appointed in accordance with § 402 of the Charter, shall administer the Office of Information Technology and is directly responsible to the County Administrative Officer.

(b)

Personnel. The office shall have the personnel considered necessary to carry out the functions and duties assigned to it.
