§ 3-2-604. ASSISTANCE TO THE COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER.

The Director of Environmental Protection and Sustainability shall:
(1)

Provide the County Health Officer with assistance in the administration and enforcement of all state health laws and regulations adopted by the State Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene; and

(2)

Provide information and make reports to the County Health Officer necessary for the County Health Officer and County Board of Health to perform their duties under state and county laws and regulations.
