§ 3-2-602. DIRECTOR AND PERSONNEL.

(a)

Director. The Director of Environmental Protection and Sustainability, appointed in accordance with § 402 of the Charter, shall administer the Department and is directly responsible to the County Administrative Officer.

(b)

Personnel. The department shall have the personnel considered necessary to carry out the functions and responsibilities assigned to it.
