§ 3-2-102. DIRECTOR AND PERSONNEL.

(a)

Director. The Director of the Department of Aging, appointed in accordance with § 402 of the Charter, shall administer the Department of Aging.

(b)

Personnel. The Department shall have the personnel considered necessary to carry out the functions and responsibilities assigned to it.
