§ 3-2-1404. TRAFFIC ENGINEER.

  • (a)

    Director is Traffic Engineer. In the Code, "Traffic Engineer" means the Director of Public Works.

    (b)

    Responsibility for traffic engineering.

    (1)

    The Department of Public Works is responsible for traffic safety and engineering.

    (2)

    The Traffic Engineer:

    (i)

    Is responsible for traffic safety and engineering; and

    (ii)

    Is responsible directly to the County Administrative Officer.
