§ 3-2-1201. ESTABLISHMENT, COMPOSITION, AND DUTIES.

(a)

Establishment and composition. There is a Department of Planning which is composed of:

(1)

A Director of Planning;

(2)

The Planning Board;

(3)

A Zoning Commissioner and Deputy Zoning Commissioner; and

(4)

A people's counsel.

(b)

Budget considerations. For budgetary purposes, the Zoning Commissioner, Deputy Zoning Commissioner, Office of the Zoning Commissioner, Director of Planning, Department of Planning, and Planning Board shall be treated as being within the Department of Planning.
