§ 3-1-102. SAME - SALARY.

(a)

Amount of compensation. Beginning on the date in December 2014 that the County Executive qualifies as provided in § 402(a) of the Charter, the annual salary of the County Executive shall be $175,000.

(b)

Other non-salary benefits authorized. In addition to the salary authorized under subsection (a) of this section, the County Executive is eligible to receive other non-salary employee benefits established for the County Executive's office.
