§ 3-14-109. TAKING ACTION.

  • Anyone who has the authority to take or direct others to take, recommend, or approve any personnel action, may not, with respect to this authority, take or threaten to take any action against another as reprisal for making a complaint or disclosing information to the Office of Ethics and Accountability, unless the complaint was made or the information was disclosed with the knowledge that it was false or with willful disregard for its truth or falsity.
