§ 35-6-112. CIVIL PENALTIES.

(a)

Penalty for failure to be licensed. A person who rents a dwelling unit or a portion of a dwelling unit without a license is subject to a civil penalty of $1,000.

(b)

Separate offense. Each day of a violation constitutes a separate offense.
