§ 35-4-101. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.

The County Council declares that it is the purpose of this enactment to provide tenants with certain safeguards for obtaining the repair or alleviation of serious defects that exist within or as a part of a residential dwelling unit and that present, if not promptly corrected, a substantial threat to the life, health, and safety of the occupants of the leased dwelling units.
