§ 35-3-102. INCOME ELIGIBILITY FOR EXTENDED LEASE PROVISIONS.

In accordance with the provisions of § 11-137(n) of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, when calculating the income eligibility figure to be used to determine the eligibility of households with senior or handicapped members to an extended lease under the provisions of the Maryland Condominium Act, the Secretary of State shall use the higher of:
(1)

The median household income of Baltimore County; or

(2)

The median household income of the Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area (SMSA) to which the county belongs.
