§ 35-2-403. PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this subtitle to:
(1)

Promote the public welfare, health, and safety of the citizens of the county;

(2)

Maintain conditions under which the citizens of the county may live and work without unnecessary impairment of their physical and mental well-being; and

(3)

Protect and maintain the property values and the existing character of the county's communities by addressing the maintenance problems associated with investment properties through the enforcement of this subtitle and the County Building Code.
