§ 34-3-105. FEE FOR SOIL PERCOLATION TESTS.

(a)

The fee for soil percolation tests for installation of underground disposal of drainage, sewage, and waste shall apply to each lot tested and shall be in an amount determined by the County Administrative Officer.

(b)

The fee shall be payable to the county on application to the Director of Permits, Approvals and Inspections.
