§ 33-5-203. FEE.

(a)

Permit fee required.

(1)

The County Administrative Officer shall establish the permit fee.

(2)

A permit application may not be accepted for processing unless the fee has been paid to the county.

(3)

Before starting any additional work necessitated by a revision in the approved plans, the permittee shall obtain an amended permit and pay any additional fee as established by the County Administrative Officer.

(b)

Security required. The applicant shall post a security in accordance with § 32-4-312 of the Code.
