§ 33-5-108. TRANSPORTING MATERIAL.
(a)
Permittee responsibility. The permittee is responsible for cleaning any public street, road, or alley over which mud, dirt, or debris has been tracked or spilled from equipment used in the course of any construction activity or trucks hauling spoil or borrow material, sand, gravel, stone, or other construction material to or from any project requiring a grading permit from the county.
(b)
Times for transporting. The transporting of spoil or borrow material, sand, gravel, or similar materials over public roadways to or from the sites requiring grading permits is limited to the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
