§ 33-4-103. DESIGN STANDARDS.

The Director shall adopt design standards that comply with the requirements of:
(1)

Title 4, Subtitle 2 of the Environment Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland; and

(2)

All regulations and standards adopted by the administration in accordance with the Environment Article necessary to the purpose of this title.
