§ 33-3-118. CRIMINAL PENALTIES.

  • (a)

    In general. A person who violates any provision of this title, or an order or permit condition promulgated or issued in accordance with this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or both.

    (b)

    Separate offenses. Each day of a violation shall constitute a separate offense.
