§ 33-3-116. CIVIL MONETARY PENALTIES.

  • The Director of the Department may impose all civil monetary penalties established in this title, giving due consideration to:

    (1)

    The business of the person being charged;

    (2)

    The gravity of the violation:

    (3)

    The good faith of the person; and

    (4)

    The person's history of previous violations.
