§ 33-3-109. APPROVAL OF PERMITS.

(a)

Compliance determination. Before the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections may issue any grading permit or building permit or before the approval of any erosion and sediment control plan, the Director of Environmental Protection and Sustainability or the Director's designee shall determine that the proposed development is in compliance with the provisions of this title.

(b)

No permit. A permit may not be issued without compliance with this title.
